Timeline
Aug 30, 2019: Completion starts, submission opens.
Oct 13 (23:59 UTC), 2019: team merger deadline. Please note after team merging, the sum of submissions from all team members cannot exceed the team limit (daily submission limit * # days after Aug 30).
Oct 14 (23:59 UTC): Phase I ends and test set releases, top 50 teams of each task can join the Phase II.
Oct 24 (23:59 UTC): Phase II ends and test set releases, top 10 teams of each task are required to submit the code and document.
Oct 24 – Nov 3: The organizers will review the code and document and determine the final leaderboard.
Nov 10 (TBD): Award Ceremony.
