Rules

The competition will use standard rule settings, of which the major terms are listed below:

All contestants must register ONE and only ONE account on the competition platform.
Each contestant can only join one team.
Teams are allowed to invite new members and to merge with other teams before the deadline for forming teams. But the resultant team must not exceed the limit of 5 members in total. Attention: if the combined submission times of two teams exceed the total limit (past competition days * daily submission limit), they cannot merge.
The competition allows the use of free open-source code or tools, include pre-trained models, but not the use of any code or tools that are not yet published or require authorization.
Contestants are not allowed to use any external labeled data in this competition.
The winning contestants hold copyright and intellectual property rights to their models. But the winning teams must write a complete report with technology details after the competition. All code and models must be released on the competition platform under terms of GPLv3 after the competition ends.
